Nova Ambiente provided due diligence advice as a subcontractor to Gleeds for the acquisition of a logistic centre in Magdeburg. The property was built in 2019 and meets actual standard. It is characteristic of its area size and meets all requirements to be used flexibly over a long life cycle.
