Nova Ambiente assists Nuveen with the acquisition of a distribution centre in Hollfeld, Bavaria
On behalf of a European core-plus logistics property fund, Nuveen Real Estate has acquired a food logistics centre in Hollfeld, Bavaria.
The recently completed purpose-built asset was developed by Scannell Properties and serves as a temperature-controlled cross-dock hub within the retailer’s Bavarian logistics network.
The property was built to the latest standards and features a heat recovery system, a photovoltaic system and LED lighting.
It is aiming for DGNB Gold certification and was built to GEG 2024 standards, enabling it to achieve energy efficiency class A.
Ambiente Deutschland GmbH acted as environmental advisors to Nuveen.
