Nova Ambiente assists Redevco with the acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Germany.
Redevco, one of Europe’s largest private property managers, has acquired a portfolio of four logistics properties in Germany.
The Frechen property is west of Cologne, close to the A4 and A1 motorways, and near one of Germany's main logistics regions.
The Hirschberg site has a direct link to the A5 motorway east of Mannheim, connecting the Frankfurt/Rhine-Main metropolitan region with southern Germany.
The Langenhagen site is north of Hanover, near the airport, and offers quick access to the A352, A2 and A7 motorways.
The truck stop in Malsfeld, south of Kassel, is on the A7 near the A7, A4 and A5 motorway junctions, making it a key connection point through central Germany.
These acquisitions further expand Redevco’s high-quality logistics platform across Europe’s key core markets.
