Nova Ambiente provides EDD support to AEW for the acquisition of an educational institution in Berlin
AEW has acquired a modern healthcare-related educational institution in Berlin from Pantera AG (part of Nexity SA) .The property is around 4,700 square metres of modern space and is centrally located on the campus of the renowned Unfallkrankenhaus Berlin (UKB).
It is let on a long-term, index-linked basis and has a WAULT of more than ten years. All tenants operate in the healthcare and education sectors and have close links with the UKB and its healthcare and education ecosystem.
Pantera recently modernised the historic building and constructed a new extension. Together, they offer high-quality space for healthcare and education tenants and benefit from the UKB campus's infrastructure and specialised environment.
The location is well connected to Berlin's public transport network; bus and underground stations are within walking distance.
