The asset is production-led, with a significant proportion of space used for manufacturing and warehousing.
It is anchored by a leading European manufacturer of ballistic protection equipment, supplying military and law enforcement customers.
It is located 100 km northeast of Frankfurt, in the significant Hesse region, and comprises 57,771 m² lettable space.
Ambiente Deutschland GmbH acted as environmental advisors to Sirius.
