Nova Ambiente supports Palmira Development in the purchase of a development site in Hanau with Quincap Investment Partners

Palmira Development is collaborating with QUINCAP Investment Partners on the development of a modern logistics and commercial park, spanning around 33,300 m² of rental space in Hanau Harbour. The brownfield site will accommodate around 26,500m² of logistics space and a further 6,800m² of flexible commercial park space. These spaces are designed to be multifunctional and flexible for third-party use.  Hanau Harbour is one of the established prime locations in the Rhine-Main area.  The project follows a clearly defined ESG concept. As well as sustainable construction, the focus is on energy-efficient building technology, forward-looking space concepts, and the resource-efficient revitalisation of existing properties. Converting a brownfield site avoids additional land consumption and makes efficient use of existing infrastructure
