Nova Ambiente supports M7 Real Estate in the purchase of Logistic Properties in Krefeld and Remsfeld

M7 Real Estate has announced the acquisition of two recently developed logistics properties in key distribution hubs in Germany. The two high-quality properties, which are fully let to single tenants, cover a total area of 30,800 m² (332,000 sq ft).

Situated in the strategically important locations of Krefeld (Düsseldorf area) and Remsfeld (Kassel area), both of which are established logistics markets with excellent transport links, the properties consistently attract high tenant demand.

Ambiente Deutschland GmbH acted as environmental advisors to M7.
