Nova Ambiente support Sirius Real Estate in the purchase of a Business Parc in Kiel

Sirius Real Estate has completed the purchase of a business park in Kiel for €93.4 million (including acquisition costs), thereby expanding its portfolio to include another property with strong links to the defence sector. The property is primarily leased to Rheinmetall, Germany’s largest defence contractor, as well as other companies in the defence, infrastructure, testing, and automation sectors. The business park is situated in Kiel, one of Germany's key defence locations. The 226,600m² site has a gross lettable area of 78,170m² and comprises production and storage space, offices, and laboratories. The acquisition also includes a 955m² building, which is scheduled for completion in 2027. An existing tenant, specialising in system automation and robotics integration, will move into this building under a new 10-year lease at that time, thereby further increasing the property’s rental income. Situated on Germany’s north coast with direct access to the Baltic Sea, Kiel is a major maritime industrial hub for defence and transport and this acquisition strengthens Sirius’s portfolio of industrial sites serving defence companies.
