Nova Ambiente support Palmira Development in the purchase of a Logistics Property in Krefeld

Palmira Development GmbH is developing a new logistics property on Anrather Straße in Krefeld, in cooperation with Quincap Investment Partners.
The multifunctional logistics property will have a total lettable area of around 14,400 m² and will be built on a 25,500 m² site.
The project is being developed on a speculative basis, with planning permission expected in the coming weeks and construction due to start shortly thereafter. Completion of the property is scheduled for the Q2 2027.
The Krefeld site offers excellent connections to the Rhine-Ruhr region's main transport routes and is particularly well-suited to companies in the logistics, industrial and retail sectors.
The plan is to create a flexible, modern layout that can be tailored to the requirements of different user groups.
