Nova Ambiente support Palmira Development in the purchase of a development site in Freising with Quincap Investment Partners

A 40,000-square-metre plot of land has been acquired in the Clemensänger industrial park, Freising, for the speculative construction of a 19,000m2 commercial park.
The development, due to be completed by 2027, will comprise a multifunctional business park offering flexible use options over 5 buildings, for companies in the manufacturing, skilled trades, services, and R&D sectors. Designed according to modern sustainability standards, the business park will make a long-term contribution to environmentally conscious commercial development in the region.
Ambiente Deutschland GmbH acted as environmental advisors to Palmira Development.
