M7 Real Estate has announced the acquisition, on behalf of the European Supply Chain Income Partnership (ESCIP), of a high-quality last-mile logistics property at Raiffeisenstraße 5-7 near Frankfurt am Main.

Built in 2015 and equipped to a high standard, the property comprises ten units, totalling around 19,000m², and are currently fully let. With an average remaining lease term (WAULT) of just 2.3 years, the property offers significant potential for value appreciation.

M7 intends to realise this potential through the sustainable refurbishment of the property, including the installation of solar panels.

M7 has been active in the German market for 15 years and has now made four investments in the UK and Europe on behalf of ESCIP. The company continues to expand its platform in key European logistics markets, with the aim to grow the portfolio to €3.5 billion over the next three to five years.

M7 was advised in environmental matters by Ambiente Deutschland GmbH.
