Sirius Real Estate Limited has acquired another business park in Essen. The 25,200 m² mixed-use property at Schnabelstraße 1-17 has two office buildings, a warehouse with associated open spaces and 252 car parking spaces. The properties were built between 1979 and 1995. The spacious property still offers building potential for a supplementary business park development.
The occupancy rate in the properties is around 81%. The main tenants include RWE, Implenia and Apleona. The location in Essen is very attractive due to its transport links and the nearby Düsseldorf airport.
