Nova Ambiente assists Sirius on the acquisition of a Business Parc in Fulda

Sirius Real Estate has purchased a light industrial business park in Fulda, with the total cost of the acquisition €49.8 million.
The property has a lettable area of 57,771m² and is situated on a 112,867m² site.
It is fully let and currently generates annual rental income of around €3.93 million, which with the purchase price (including incidental acquisition costs), corresponds to an EPRA net initial yield of 7.8%.
The principal tenant company has been based at the site since 2014.
