Nova Ambiente provides advice to Palmira on their purchase of an industrial parc in Dieburg

Palmira Capital Partners has acquired another property for its Corporate Real Estate Club 2 (UIC 2). The industrial parc is located in Dieburg, Hessen, in the south of Frankfurt.

The property at Dieselstrasse 5 has a rental area of 11,257 sqm. The largest tenants are Coherent, a leading global manufacturer of photonics solutions, and plastics experts Sauer Product.

Palmira was advised on environmental aspects by Nova Ambiente Germany.
