Nova Ambiente provides advice to Palmira on their purchase of a property in Fulda

Palmira has expanded its Corporate Real Estate Club 2 (UIC 2). A new property in Fulda, Hessen, was added to the portfolio. It comprises 6,600 sqm of warehouse space and 5,125 sqm of office space. The property is fully let to R+S Group GmbH, a leading electrical wholesaler.

Palmira was advised on environmental aspects by Nova Ambiente Germany.
