Nova Ambiente provided due diligence advice to Palmira on their recent acquisition of business park in Wiesbaden.
The business park is located at Peter-Sander-Strasse 41-43 in Wiesbaden and was completed in 1991/92 and modernized in 2017. Situated on a plot of land measuring around 17,900 square meters, the property comprises a leasable area of approximately 16,300 square meters. This is divided into around 3,200 square meters of warehouse space, 8,100 square meters of office and social space and around 5,000 square meters of service space.
