AEW, one of the world's leading real estate investment managers, announces the purchase of the logistics property "Würzburg East Park", which was secured in an off-market transaction. The 78,000 sqm Class A property is located in Dettelbach near Würzburg and was transacted for the specialized pan-European fund "LOGISTIS".
Würzburg East Park is pre-let to the German fashion company s.Oliver under a 15-year lease and will serve as a central distribution warehouse for the brand's operations in Europe.
The project is located in the Dettelbach district, 15 km from Würzburg city center and close to the A7/A3 interchange. Würzburg benefits from its close proximity to the major hubs of Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Mannheim and Nuremberg.
