Nova-Ambiente provided due diligence advice M7 Real Estate to support their purchase of Bridgewater Place in Leeds for £84.5 million.
Nova-Ambiente provided due diligence advice to M7RE on their recent acquisition of Bridgewater Place, Leeds. Bridgewater Place is the tallest building in Yorkshire and comprises 234,000 sq ft of grade A office space, with occupiers including EY, DWF and Eversheds. The property also includes seven ground floor retail units.
The acquisition was completed ahead of a potential initial public offering of the property on the IPSX stock exchange, a new Regulated Investment Exchange regulated by the FCA and the world’s first such exchange dedicated to commercial real estate assets, early in 2021.
