Nova Ambiente assists W+S Real Estate Services GmbH with the TDD in Lüdenscheid for IMAXXAM

IMAXXAM, an independent asset and portfolio management partner operating throughout Germany, has acquired 31 rental apartments in Lüdenscheid as part of a forward deal for a Union Investment special fund. The seller is Zwei Invest GmbH.

The building, located at Bromberger Strasse 47 and 49, is located on a 3,712 square metre plot in the Honsel district and is well connected to the city’s infrastructure. With a total floor space of 2,778 square metres, the property provides a balanced mix of accommodation, ranging from smaller two-bedroom apartments to three- and four-bedroom apartments. There are also 31 parking spaces. The property is expected to be completed in Q2 2024.

Ambiente Deutschland provided Environmental support, as a subcontractor of W+S Real Estate Services GmbH, who was responsible for the Technical Due Diligence.
