IMAXXAM, an independent asset and portfolio management partner operating throughout Germany, has acquired 31 rental apartments in Lüdenscheid as part of a forward deal for a Union Investment special fund. The seller is Zwei Invest GmbH.
The building, located at Bromberger Strasse 47 and 49, is located on a 3,712 square metre plot in the Honsel district and is well connected to the city’s infrastructure. With a total floor space of 2,778 square metres, the property provides a balanced mix of accommodation, ranging from smaller two-bedroom apartments to three- and four-bedroom apartments. There are also 31 parking spaces. The property is expected to be completed in Q2 2024.
