Nova Ambiente assists Sirius with the acquisition of an Industrial Property in Geilenkirchen.

The property is strategically located in Geilenkirchen, to the west of Düsseldorf, and 33km from the existing Sirius site in Aachen. The Euregio Meuse-Rhine, an area close to the Belgian and Dutch borders, is known for its strong industrial base and is one of the most dynamic economic regions in Europe. Geilenkirchen is also home to an important NATO airbase, which contributes to the region's economic stability.

The property, which has a total lettable area of 17,400 m² on a 28,365 m² site, was acquired as part of a sale-and-leaseback transaction with a precision engineering company, specialising in processing sheet metal using laser technology. This company has a triple-net lease for the entire property. This acquisition represents a net initial yield of 9.3% for a property that is less than 25 years old.
