Palmira has acquired a property in Kragola, between Poznan and Lodz, for the European Core Logistics Fund (ECLF). The property was built in 2014 and has approximately 38,100 sqm of warehouse space and 1,600 sqm of office space.
The tenant is Eurocash S.A. and the seller is Mirae.
With this and a previous acquisition in Belgium, the fund, which has a target size of EUR 400 million, is fully invested. The successor product for European core logistics properties, Palmira ECLF 3, will be launched in spring 2024.
