Nova Ambiente assists Nuveen on the acquisition of a production and logistics property in Weißenburg

Palmira Development GmbH is developing a 20,500m2 production and logistics property on a 33,300m2 site in Weißenburg, Bavaria.

Weißenburg is part of the Nuremberg metropolitan region and strategically located between the regions of Ingolstadt and Nuremberg.

The property meets all current ESG standards and is set to receive DGNB Gold certification. The entire property has already been leased on a long-term basis to KTX Group, an international company that serves the automotive industry.
