Nova Ambiente assists Nuveen on the acquisition of 2 logistics properties in Hilden and Wolfertschwenden

Nuveen Real Estate has acquired two properties in Hilden and Wolfertschwenden.
The logistics property in Hilden has a total lettable area of 18,545 m² and comprises two sections: a cross-dock and a traditional logistics facility. It is leased on a long-term basis to a medium-sized logistics company.
In Wolfertschwenden, a 15,165 m² site was acquired as part of a sale-and-leaseback transaction with a leading manufacturer of mountain sports and outdoor equipment. This site will serve as the company's European logistics hub.
While the Wolfertschwenden property already has a very good ESG performance, the Hilden site will undergo selective building improvements as part of a manage-to-green approach. This will include installing a PV system and obtaining sustainability certifications.
Both locations impress with their favourable strategic location and long-term leases.
