Nova Ambiente assists Mirastar on the acquisition of Logistics Property in Duisburg

KKR and Mirastar, KKR Real Estate's European industrial and logistics platform, have announced the completion of the acquisition of a prime logistics property in Duisburg from a subsidiary of the global logistics company A.P. Moller-Maersk (Maersk). Built in 2023 to the highest standards, the logistics property offers modern warehouse, block storage and cross-dock space, as well as spacious ramp and ground-level loading areas. It also includes high-quality office and communal areas and is designed for flexible use by one or more tenants. The property has been awarded the BREEAM 'Excellent' sustainability certificate and has its own photovoltaic system. Strategically located in the Port of Duisburg — Europe's largest inland port — the property offers direct access to central transport routes in North Rhine-Westphalia. This makes it an ideal hub for third-party logistics, opening up one of the most densely populated regions in Europe.
