Nova Ambiente assists Quincap on the acquisition of a production, commercial and logistics property in Kirchheim

Four Parx has been given the green light to build an innovative and sustainable commercial and logistics property on a 76,500m² site, on behalf of Quincap Investment Partners. Two modern, high-quality buildings offering around 52,500m² of rental space for commercial, production and logistics purposes will be constructed on a site, located on the western border of the municipal area.

The property's focus will be on architectural quality, innovative and sustainable development with a flexible mix of uses, offering space for both local medium-sized companies and international corporations.

The buildings will be constructed in accordance with 'DGNB Gold' certification. The photovoltaic system is expected to contribute significantly to the energy supply, thereby reducing the CO₂ footprint considerably. Additionally, the property will be certified according to the WiredScore standard, ensuring a high-performance, future-proof digital infrastructure.
