Nova Ambiente assists Sirius on the acquisition of a commercial parc in Dresden

Sirius Real Estate has signed a deal to purchase a commercial park in Dresden for €23.4 million, including acquisition costs.

The 21,158 m² property is currently occupied by the seller, who has signed a one-year sale-and-leaseback agreement and is expected to vacate the premises afterwards. Sirius plans to convert the site into a multi-tenant business park and will use the interim period to develop the optimal strategy for multiple tenants.

This is Sirius's fourth location in the Dresden area, joining sites in Klipphausen, Reinsberg and MicroPolis. Dresden is attracting significant investment, particularly in the semiconductor sector. Construction of a €10 billion production facility led by a consortium including Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company has already begun. These investments are generating tenant demand at Sirius's existing locations in the region, and similar interest is expected for the newly acquired site.
