Montea has acquired a large logistics park in the Port of Hamburg with a lettable area of 63,500 m² and a total area of 89,000 m².
Consisting of five buildings built in 1993, 2018 and 2019, the site is fully leased to five companies and has modern facilities such as such as LED lighting, green roofs, modern black tube heating systems and integrated skylights.
The site is located in the established logistics area of Hamburg-Altenwerder with excellent trimodal connections: the Port of Hamburg is in the immediate vicinity and the Hamburg-Waltershof exit on the A7 motorway, as well as the Altenwerder freight village, are both just two kilometers away.
