Nova Ambiente assists Mileway with the acquisition of a logistics property in Berlin.

JLL has advised on the sale of an 18,000 sqm last mile logistics property near Berlin. The property was acquired by a fund managed by Blackstone. The transaction was supported by Mileway and Quincap.

The value-add property, named "Projekt Hoppegarten", is located at Digitalstraße 4-6, directly on the border of Berlin. The fully let property has approximately 18,000 sqm of lettable warehouse space including office space and outdoor parking.


The seller is a company in the telecommunications sector. JLL acted as exclusive advisor to the seller and brokered the transaction.
