Nova-Ambiente assisted M7 Real Estate with the acquisition of ten industrial and office assets on behalf of a Middle Eastern sovereign wealth investor.
The assets, which were acquired through six transactions, total circa 519,000 sq ft and are located across the UK. They comprise multi-let light industrial assets in Tunbridge Wells, Letchworth Garden City, Swindon, Warminster, Barnsley, Seaham and Galashiels, as well as two office assets in Nottingham and East Kilbride.
