Sirius Real Estate has completed its first acquisition in Lübeck.
Located on a 21,650 m² site, the Lübeck business park offers 14,810 m² of rental space. Of this, 67% is production and storage space, with the remainder being office space.
The park is currently 88% occupied by various companies. The existing tenant base is diverse and includes well-established companies from a variety of sectors.
The business park is ideally located in the most important commercial area of Lübeck, the second-largest city in Schleswig-Holstein, with Hamburg only an hour away via the A1 motorway. It is also home to Germany's largest Baltic Sea harbour, which has regular ferry and freight connections to Sweden, Finland, and the Baltic States.
