Nova Ambiente provides EDD support to Arrow Capital Partners for the acquisition of a distribution centre in Leipzig.

Arrow Capital Partners has acquired DPD’s last-mile distribution centre in Leipzig for its joint venture, Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE), with Cerberus Capital Management.

The DPD distribution centre is a strategically important logistics property that plays a crucial role in the “just-in-time” supply chains of numerous industrial and manufacturing companies in the Leipzig region, including well-known vehicle manufacturers such as BMW and Porsche.

The site offers great potential for further expansion and improving its sustainability rating by expanding on-site charging facilities for electric vehicles and installing photovoltaic systems. It has 7,800 m² of logistics space, including 38 lorry docks and 175 van docks.

Located at Hilchenbacher Straße 20 in Krostitz, Leipzig — one of Germany's most dynamic production centres, situated at a crossroads of several major European trade routes — the site is expected to benefit from German investment and expansion plans in the coming years.

Ambiente Deutschland GmbH was commissioned by Arrow to assist with environmental aspects.
