Nova-Ambiente assisted M7 Real Estate on the acquisition of the former Kensey Foods Bakery site in Launceston, Cornwall.
M7 Real Estate recently acquired a fully equipped chilled food production and warehousing facility in Launceston, Cornwall, for an undisclosed sum on behalf of their M7 Real Estate Investment Partners III (“M7 REIP III”) Fund. The property is situated on Pennygillam Industrial Estate which is the largest and most established estate in the area. The complex was constructed in three distinct phases and been designed to run together as one facility. However, it also has the ability to be split up into smaller units.
