Nova-Ambiente assisted M7 Real Estate/Blackstone with the acquisition of 22 industrial and logistics assets, on behalf of Blackstone’s Mileway platform, for £120 million.
The Cara portfolio, which comprises 22 industrial and logistics assets located throughout the UK, was sold by Clearbell Capital to Blackstone earlier this year for £120m. The portfolio, which totals over 2m sq ft, primarily includes warehouses and logistics sites in suburban, last-mile locations.
The team was led by Oliver Funnell in Nova-Ambiente’s London office.
