AEW announces the acquisition of the Vertikum building in Düsseldorf city centre. The acquisition was made on behalf of an institutional, segregated mandate for the high-quality office property with retail space on the ground floor.
The Vertikum was completed at the end of September 2023 and offers modern office space of approx. 3,700 sqm, which is fully let with a WALT of 8 years. Tenants include a consulting firm, a law firm and an innovative technology company.
