Nova Ambiente assists AEW on the acquisition of a Data Centre in Nuremberg

AEW has announced the acquisition of a fully leased data centre in Nuremberg. This acquisition forms part of a strategy for French private investors, focusing on diversified investments in the German real estate market. The 2,592m2 property is a powered shell data centre with a connected load of 6.4 MVA. It is leased on a long-term basis to an international technology group under a double-net lease agreement. The building's structure allows for future capacity expansion and potential multi-tenant colocation use. This acquisition marks AEW's first investment in the data centre asset class in Germany.

Strategically located in Nuremberg, one of Germany's most important industrial centres, the property benefits from its proximity to high-performance fibre optic infrastructure with connections to national and international networks.
