Nova-Ambiente assisted AEW Europe with the acquisition of four office buildings in Madrid and Barcelona for its AEW Europe Value Investors II Fund. The assets were acquired from Inmobiliaria Norte Sur SA.
The assets included two core assets in central Madrid and Barcelona, and two decentralised assets in major industrial areas of the outskirts of Barcelona.
