Nova-Ambiente advises Mileway on their acquisition of a logistic unit in Seville, Spain

Blackstone acquired through its investment vehicle Mileway this property consisting of an industrial / logistic unit of 5.649 sqm GLA within plot of land with a total 10.000 sqm located in one of the main logistic platforms within Andalucia. The bread manufacturer Pansur currently occupies the asset on a long term contract.

Project management was undertaken by Almudena Thomas in Nova-Ambiente’s Madrid office.
