Nova-Ambiente provided due diligence advice to M7 Real Estate on their purchase of Primeside Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin
M7 Real Estate recently acquired Primeside Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 for €6.75 million, on behalf of their M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners V (“M7 EREIP V”) Fund from a private investor in an off-market transaction. Primeside Park is a recently developed multi-let light industrial estate, which comprises 25 modern units and is almost fully let.
