Arrow Capital Partners has acquired a 17,000 m² warehouse on a 50,000 m² site in Trossingen, Germany, for its joint venture SIRE (Strategic Industrial Real Estate) with Cerberus.
The property will be let at end of 2024 following a comprehensive refurbishment.
The building currently comprises around 17,000 m² of rentable warehouse space with a high-bay warehouse, as well as cross-docking facilities and 60 dock levellers.
The site is strategically located in Trossingen, close to the A81 highway and an ideal distribution hub for the region between Stuttgart and Lake Constance. It also offers good connections to the rest of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The renaming to Arrow Point Trossingen is part of a wider refurbishment program that will also improve the sustainability of the property, including work to ensure it is ready for energy efficiency technologies such as electric vehicle charging and photovoltaic installations.
