Nova Ambiente assists AEW on the acquisition of a logistics property in Hamburg

AEW has acquired the Dwengerkamp logistics property in Hamburg in an off-market deal.
Spanning around 5,000 square metres, the property offers light industrial and production space, as well as office and warehouse facilities. It is fully let on a long-term basis (15 years) to the Dwenger Group. The building is equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting and boasts a 98 kWp photovoltaic system.
Strategically located in Hamburg's Allermöhe district, one of the city's largest logistics and industrial centres, the property has excellent transport links and direct access to major transport routes such as the A1 and A25 motorways. This prime location is well connected to public transport routes leading to the city centre and surrounding areas, providing access to Hamburg's 1.8 million inhabitants and the wider metropolitan area with 5.4 million inhabitants. The property is also located near the Port of Hamburg and neighbouring industrial areas.
