Nova Ambiente recently completed the Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) process, supporting the largest ever private real estate deal for the recapitalisation of the pan-European last mile logistics company: Mileway.
Thanks to our long-standing relationship with Mileway, we entered the project with a good understanding of the environmental credentials of the assets, having assisted in the majority of Mileway’s acquisitions over the past six years and actively managed a large proportion of the assets in our Environmental Management programme.
Nova Ambiente’s European teams from the UK, Ireland, Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, France, Denmark and Finland came together to provide EDD services across over 1600 assets and worked closely with the Mileway and Blackstone teams to reduce and mitigate environmental risks across the portfolio to provide a robust investment for their shareholders.
