Nova Ambiente provides advice to Nuveen on their purchase of a distribution centre near Munich

Nuveen Real Estate has acquired a distribution centre of around 8,500 square metres in Markt Schwaben on behalf of its European logistics platform.

Due to its connections to continental Europe, the centre benefits from its location on the outskirts of Munich, one of the most sought-after logistics locations in Germany.

The German team delivered due diligence.
