LaSalle acquired the portfolio on behalf of the public service pension scheme ERAFP for 73mln Eur. Makro will remain as sole tenant of the properties which are located in the major urban areas of Mallorca, Alicante, Valencia, Zaragoza, Badalona and Bilbao.
