Nova Ambiente provides advice to Palmira on their investment of a corporate property in Radebeul/Dresden
Palmira Capital Partners has made its first investment for the Palmira UIC 2 (Palmira Unternehmensimmobilien Club 2) fund as part of a sale-and-leaseback transaction. The property was completed in 2006 and is a corporate property in Radebeul near Dresden. Situated on a plot of land of around 17,500 square metres, it has a rental area of approximately 10,400 square metres. 7,800 square metres of this is warehouse and production space, 2,600 square metres is office and social space. The property is fully let for 15 years.
