About Nova-Ambiente

Nova-Ambiente is a European environmental consulting and engineering firm with offices in the UK, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, and Germany. We operate globally as part of Nova Group, GBC based in the USA. Together we have built a global platform to provide environmental services in and around all types of property around the world.

Based in Cologne, Germany, the team focuses on the German-speaking region and has many years of experience in environmental risk assessment (Phase I Environmental Due Diligence), environmental management, building contaminant investigations, and soil and groundwater investigations (Phase II). We are also active in the field of sustainability (ESG) and carry out BREEAM certification for buildings and businesses as well as natural hazard screening and climate analyses.

Since 2006, we have been supporting and advising institutional and private investors, property developers, banks, and corporations on all environmental issues relating to property transactions in an international context. Our long-term environmental management offers fund companies advantages in reducing environmental risks and at the same time increasing and maintaining the value of existing properties used in an environmentally responsible manner.

The consideration of environmental issues serves as a basis for decision-making by investors and financiers. Our team is made up of experts from a wide range of disciplines who work together to develop intelligent solutions that property owners can 'feel good about'.

Recurring audits provide us with a solid order situation, but also a constantly growing volume of work for which we need support.
